Welcome to the new Southern States Web Site! We have a new look! In addition, there are a host of additional improvements that we would like to share with you. We hope you enjoy our new web site and make the most of this agricultural resource.
Content Organization
At Southern States we provide services to a wide range of customers. From the large farmer with thousands of acres and a variety of crops, to the backyard gardener, looking to supplement his diet with some choice vegetables; from the cattle owner with hundreds of head to care for, to the proud parents who have just bought their daughter her first pony. Each of these customers and each of you have different expectations that we strive to meet.
In line with this, we have reorganized our web site structure to provide the answers you are looking for. To the left you will find easy access to the articles detailed on our site. The Article Index in the site plan below details all the content categories available.
Each month we will provide a host of new articles on subjects and questions relevant to you. We will highlight these in our newsletters and e-mails to our registered users as well. For example, in the coming months look for articles on:

We have upgraded our web site search engine to help you find information you’re looking for more easily. The results page will provide the information you are looking for quickly, along with related articles on the same subject.
User Registration
An important new feature to the Southern States web site is the ability to register to receive regular updates, newsletters and special offers from southernstates.com and equussource.com. These include coupons, special promotions and notifications of article updates based upon your personal interests. Your registration will also grant access to the upcoming Southern States Online Community features in the coming months. Check back soon for more details.

Along the top of the site, you will see our Promotions and Featured Products sections. One of the most frequent requests from our visitors is more detail on the products we sell. As a first step in fulfilling this request, we have added a Featured Products section that highlights a variety of products and product lines available to you. Each month additional products will be added to this listing.

Southern States runs a wide variety of special promotions each year, from our flyers to specific product mailers to our Credit and Gift Card promotions. Many of these offer special pricing or incentives to you. Our Promotions page details all current and ongoing promotions, as well as our Customer Rewards Programs.
