Southern States recognizes Rosewood FFA Member (11/18/08)
Caroline Tart, a senior at Rosewood High School, earned a Club Master Jacket and cash award from Southern States. Tart’s participation in the Club Master Awards Program included raising hogs and goats. She recently had the Grand Champion Market Hog in the 2008 Wayne County Livestock Show and Sale and bought her Southern States feed through Pro Turf, a Southern States dealer in Goldsboro.
Tart is serving as president of the Rosewood FFA Chapter, Secretary of the Southeast FFA Region, and an officer of the Wayne County Youth Grange. Her plans for the future include attending North Carolina State University and pursuing a career in agriculture.
