Directions To Corporate Headquarters

Southern States Cooperative, Inc., has been headquartered in the Genworth Office Complex in Henrico County, just west of Richmond, since 1978. Genworth lies just across West Broad Street from the headquarters of Philip Morris USA. The Richmond Sheraton West also resides within the Genworth Complex.

When you arrive at the Southern States building, you may park in any available space, except for those few which are reserved. The security officer at the desk in the lobby will be happy to greet you and furnish you with a visitor's pass. The officer will also call the party you are visiting to let him or her know you have arrived.

To reach Southern States from the east (including downtown Richmond):

Take Interstate 64 west to Exit 183 B, which will bring you onto West Broad Street heading east. Immediately move to the left-hand lane. Turn left at the first light into Genworth. Turn right at the first intersection (in front of the small lake and fountain), then left at the first corner. Go to the end of the lane, and you will be looking at the entrance to the Southern States Building. You may find convenient parking either to the right or the left.

To reach Southern States from the west:

Take Interstate 64 east to Exit 183 (Glenside Drive and West Broad Street). Exit there, then pass the Glenside Drive and Broad Street West exit branch and take the exit to Broad Street East. Immediately move to the left-hand lane. Turn left at the first light into Genworth. Turn right at the first intersection (in front of the small lake and fountain), then left at the first corner. Go to the end of the lane, and you will be looking at the entrance to the Southern States Building. You may find convenient parking either to the right or the left.
