Feeding Guidelines
The average adult cat will usually eat one 8 oz. cup of Li'l Red Cat Food per day. If it is not all eaten, replace it with a fresh but slightly smaller amount each day. When kittens are 3-6 weeks old, they should be fed a tablespoon or two of Li'l Red Cat Food moistened with warm water, milk or both. Gradually increase the amount until the kittens are weaned at around eight weeks. Always have clean fresh water available for your cat.
Pregnancy and Lactation:
Up to 1 1/2 times the normal adult food intake is recommended in the last trimester of pregnancy. During lactation 2 to 3 times normal adult food intake could be required for milk production and maintenance of body weight.
